Club Constitution and Policies

The Club Management Committee has the responsibility to oversee the way the club operates. This includes meeting constitutional obligations and setting policy that is in the best interest of the club and its members. 

We have  a strategic plan which outlines the clubs aspirations;

To provide a cultural that is friendly welcoming place that has facilities and funds that meet the current and future needs of members, visiting clubs, visitors and the wider community.

Club AGM
The club AGM is held every May at which time our Managment Committee is elected. The club has a number of committee positions, they are;

Treasurer
Assistant Secretary
Green Manager
House Manager
Bar Manager
Tournament Coordinator
Committee Members

The club is always looking for volunteers to contribute to the betterment of the club. If interested please approach any member of the committee.
